Client Responsibility
The accuracy and quality of astrology-based services depend heavily on the accuracy of the information submitted by the client, including birth date, birth time, birth location, and contact information.

By submitting your intake form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Prana Blooms is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete client information.
 

Personalized Digital Offerings
All readings and packages are intuitively prepared and personalized specifically for each individual client. Due to the digital and custom nature of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidelines and may occasionally vary depending on volume, scheduling, energetic preparation, or unforeseen circumstances. Prana Blooms will always do its best to deliver services within the estimated timeframe communicated at purchase.
 

Follow-Up Support
Select higher-level readings may include limited follow-up support for brief clarification and integration purposes. Follow-up support is intended for a limited number of questions within the designated timeframe listed in the package description.

Ongoing mentorship, crisis support, therapy, or extended coaching are not included unless otherwise stated.
 

1:1 Sessions & Reiki Appointments

Due to the energetic preparation and reserved time involved in live sessions and Reiki offerings, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice by contacting help@pranablooms.com. Missed sessions or repeated last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
